Aphrodite Noikou is a second-generation beekeeper from Campbelltown, South Australia, carrying forward a rich family tradition of beekeeping that spans decades.
As a registered BSSA (Beekeepers' Society of South Australia) presenter, Aphrodite has helped hundreds of Adelaide beekeepers start their journey safely and confidently. Her courses cover everything from beginner essentials to advanced Varroa management and integrated pest strategies.
Aphrodite's honey is pure, raw, and never heated or mixed — harvested from hives across Adelaide's metro and Hills regions, each batch capturing the unique floral character of its source landscape.
